This 365,000 square foot, 11 story office building includes 6,000 square feet of street level retail space. It negotiates its location within a historic neighborhood at the juncture of the Back Bay and the South End. On the lower levels, the historic character of the typical South End low rise bow-fronted brick buildings is reflected. Upper stories are set back in tiers and vary in materials to reduce the bulk of the building, while referencing traditional masonry of the Back Bay.
