Rollins Square is a mixed income community containing 184
units on a 2.0 acre site in Boston's historic South End. Commissioned
by the Planning Office for Urban Affairs, the objective of
the project was to provide a mixed income community within a
residential-scaled setting. Architecturally, the building
design respects the traditional elements of the South End,
featuring bay windows, townhouses, a variety of scale and textures,
plus a central courtyard green space.
